Before Derêves became the full-service studio it is today, flowers were at the heart of my work. Nearly a decade later, I still approach design through that same lens: composition, proportion, movement, colour, texture and the relationship between something beautiful and the space around it.
Over the years, my work expanded naturally from owning a flower studio, into complete wedding design and planning. Because once we were talking about the centrepieces, we were inevitably talking about the linen. And then the chairs. And the stationery. And how the ceremony would transition into cocktail hour. And suddenly we were designing the entire experience.
