Ivana & Ljubo’s Waterfront Wedding at The Pearle Hotel in Burlington
Some wedding days just have a little extra magic to them, and Ivana & Ljubo’s was one of those.
They celebrated on September 26, 2026 at The Pearle Hotel & Spa, right on Burlington’s waterfront, and somehow the day just kept getting more magical as it unfolded. The sky turned into the most beautiful cotton-candy pinks and blues, and by evening, a full Harvest Moon was glowing over Lake Ontario. Tyra Séguin, who captured it all so, so beautifully was amongst our vendor team.
Tyra has an incredible eye for the little in-between moments, the light, the movement, the details you work so hard on and want to remember forever. Looking through this sneak peek gallery genuinely felt like reliving the day. Thank you, thank you, thank you, to everyone involved in bringing I & L’s wedding together so beautifully.

Should feel a little like this.
Perched inside The Pearle Hotel overlooking the water, everything felt calm, quiet and completely unhurried. Just soft morning light, the lake in the background, a beautiful space to get ready in, and time to actually take it all in before the day began.
Ivana looked absolutely stunning when we dropped off the florals, and these portraits by Tyra Séguin Photography capture the lighting perfectly. Tyra has such a beautiful way of photographing a bride that feels editorial without ever feeling overly posed. Everything still feels natural, soft and completely like her.
A reminder that your wedding morning does not need to feel rushed or chaotic. Give yourself the beautiful room. Give yourself the view. Give yourself time with your photographer…
The Ceremony
Welcome to the Rest of Forever…
A very deserved accolades to Mel Milonga and the coordination team, who kept keep everything moving beautifully behind the scenes. Having a strong month-of team on site makes such a difference, especially once the day gets busy, and they were such a steady presence throughout.
And to the Maleila Decor Team, who handled teardown after everyone had danced the night away. End-of-night support is one of those things couples rarely see, but it gives everyone so much peace of mind knowing the celebration can end without anyone worrying about what happens next.
It was such a good example of what happens when every vendor understands the vision, respects each other’s role and brings their own talent to the day. Ivana and Ljubo had such a strong team around them, and the final result felt layered, intentional and completely worthy of their celebration.
Every detail was custom created…
KaidyDecor created two of the biggest statement moments of the night. Their seating chart was truly more of an art installation than simply a way to find your table, and the head-table backdrop gave the entire reception such a regal focal point. Ivana and Ljubo, alongside their persons of honour Bojana and Djordje, looked perfectly at home in front of it.
A well deserved applause to our most creative bride, Ivana, who sourced ceramics, fountains, and talented vendors to bring her vision to life.

For the florals, Ivana wanted something a little wild and a little unexpected, with personality woven through every arrangement, while still feeling refined enough for The Pearle’s elegant setting. Soft touches of blue tied everything back to the waterfront and brought the whole design together.
